Coaching sessions with Sita are individually crafted dependent on the needs and goals of the student. A session will usually consist of a 15-20 minute Feldenkrais based warm up with both instruction and hands on work and will then move on to guided exercises and play oriented towards achieving the desired goal, be it a theatrical objective (such as to access impulse,connect body with text or more spontaneously physicalize character)  or  be it a simple personal objective related to physical health, mental focus,grounding or freedom of expression.
